just got rid of norton

now my computer works

seems to me the virus is implanted into your head and called paranoia

I tested it by taking it off my old computer a couple of months ago and it went like a rocket afterwards

now Ive taken it off this slow old laptop and now this seems to be reacting at the speed of light

I also downloaded a tool from my bank to help with security

don't know if it works but it cured the paranoia virus

norton can now stay out of my life and now I might not put the computer in the pond via the window.

 

I must add however that this may not be a reflection of nortons programs but a reflection of the expectations i have of what a computer should be able to do

the more complicated they get the more I want ot go back to the old 286
