ahhh the smell of it

for nearly two weeks now I have been eating fresh fruit salad in vast quantities.

apples, grapes, kiwi, pineapple, melon(yuk) and strawberries(yum)

I feel fresh and lively.

I think all of the poisons have been flushed from my system by regular and frequent trips to the toilet.

	Barry发表: That's excellent news. There seems to be two ways to approach healthy eating, one is to eat lots of good stuff and the other is to avoid eating bad stuff. In my humble opinion if you go down the route of avoiding bad stuff the three main things are refined sugar, refined flour and hydrogenated fats.
