    viomalin

Couple of years ago Marie bought me a violin (Marie's always buying me noisy things so she can complain about the noise).
a gave it a bit of a go but whenever I got it out of the case it needed tuning which takes forever.
anyway its been sat in the corner of the room for ages (couple of years) so I got it out of the case, tuned it, learnt a few slick moves with my elbow and then............breakthrough,   I left it out.
next day I didn't have to tune it, picked it up, banged out a blazing rendition of "home boys home" and left it out again.
Marie said it makes your ears bleed.
Marie has a tongue as sharp as a razor.
    bless her
So I'm going to learn the violin now, sometimes through the screeching it will make a pleasant sound.
I'm off to have a practice.

I think you'll find most of the real explanation has been swept under a carpet.

They look good hung on the wall. Violins.
My grandson started learning. Luckily, he's lost interest.
Now he hunts for dinosaurs in the garden. He'll be very disillusioned one day, when he realises that Dino bones only turn up in Grandad's garden. Ha!
Yes. Pregnancy at my age and in my other circumstance would not be a blessing. I'm just glad I was only hungry.
Re your WTC blodge below, have the conspiracy theorists never watched the Blow Down programmes? I'm sure that if the Twin Towers had indeed been wired up with explosives, the people who worked there might just have noticed the miles of cable and hundreds of detonators required. I don't think it could all have been concealed under the carpets.
But yes, the world is run by shits.
    chin chin!
