I'm making a clock for the shed out of mdf.

It took all day to mark out the cogs and cut them out.

I'll notch them out tomorrow and see if I can finish it off.

it'll be my first ever time machine.

if this proves to be a success I shall make one from metal.

I repaired the tool.

It was the button that locks the shaft so that the bit can be changed, it had sheered off.

I turned a new one on the lathe.

better than new.

I left hacksaw marks in the end of the button because I cant see without my glasses any more.

It works better than the original polished one.
